Port View Retirement aims to provide an empowering environment for the people who live there, that enables them to achieve the best lifestyle possible.

Port View Retirement is situated by the sea, and over looks Ngamotu beach and the port. It is a very popular place for people who like a relaxing lifestyle in a boutique environment.

We are just over the road from the Moturoa shopping centre, and have the wonderful coastal walkway below us, which our residents enjoy using to get to town and back on their mobility scooter's.

Our wonderful fully trained staff are led by our Registered Nurses, and staffing levels are set according to resident need. We currently have three years certification under the Health and Disability Standards.

There are 12 independent villas, 8 serviced apartments, and a 28 bed rest home. Port View is not a retirement village, and is exempt from the Retirement Villages Act. The apartments and villas are purchased in the same way you would purchase a house, and have ownership with title.
